About the Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls, building positive and long-lasting relationships, and meeting team KPIs. You will stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest customer happiness practices. Your working knowledge of our client's products and services will be essential in providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls to resolve their queries and provide support
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet team KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and data protection
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer delight and loyalty
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services to provide accurate and effective support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality in your work
  • Analytical and research skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Positive and responsible attitude to provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with the team
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications will be a great plus:

  • Customer service or sales experience to bring valuable insights and skills to the role
  • Experience with CRM systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and data
