Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your duties will include:

  • Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way.
  • Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communicating arenaflex's service standards to customers, ensuring they understand our commitment to excellence and their role in our partnership.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a efficient and seamless manner.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system.
  • Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and addressed.
  • Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using this information to improve our services and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, as they enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in an energy-related field, where you've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system, MS Excel, and other software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MS Excel, which is a plus, as it enables you to analyze data, track customer interactions, and identify trends.
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure and providing empathetic support to customers.
