Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Moving and hooking up equipment, including trucks and trailers, to ensure safe and secure transportation
- Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, promoting arenaflex's offerings and expertise
- Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Installing hitches and trailer wiring, and filling propane tanks (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work part-time, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to perform inside and outside work duties, including sanitizing equipment
- Customer service and computer knowledge
Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
