The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruiting processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes and implement changes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
- Advanced English level
