What Will You Be Doing As A Customer Relations Trainee?

As a Customer Relations Trainee at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Presenting our clients' products and services directly to consumers in a confident, compelling manner to drive sales
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Inputting customer information, order details, and sales contracts into our POS system
• Staying updated on the latest promotions and deals to effectively communicate them to customers during sales interactions
• Attending virtual and onsite training sessions alongside fellow Customer Relations Trainees to hone in on customer service and sales techniques
