Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
• Handling high-volume client requests with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry tasks
• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to enter patient and medication data, and to process new patient enrollment
• Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related issues
• Settling correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed
• Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as required
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
• Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or accreditation within the first 90 days, and maintaining a current certification or accreditation

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Essential web search skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Composing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM) + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
