The Opportunity We're seeking elite B2B sales professionals to build and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts across our awards/recognition and promotional products divisions. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where you'll partner with HR leaders, marketing teams, executives, and program managers to deliver meaningful recognition and branded merchandise solutions. The Model: This isn't a quick-hit sales role—it's a recurring revenue engine for patient, strategic hunters. Compensation: $105,000 – $225,000+ annually (uncapped)

Your Path to Success

  • Months 1-3: Complete comprehensive training + receive seeded client accounts
  • Months 4-6: Hunt and close 8-12 new corporate accounts
  • Months 7-12: Expand existing relationships, manage 20+ active accounts
  • Year 2+: Manage 40-50+ recurring accounts with expanding programs
  • Year 3+: Harvest the recurring revenue you've built—top performers earning $300K+

What You'll Do

Hunt & Build: Proactively identify and pursue new corporate opportunities, targeting HR departments, marketing teams, and executive leadership at mid-to-large organizations. Consultative Selling: Partner with clients to understand their recognition and branding needs—whether that's a custom awards program, branded merchandise for a product launch, or company swag that employees actually want to wear. Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, managing complex, detail-heavy projects from conception to delivery. Scale Accounts: Turn one-off orders into comprehensive, multi-program partnerships. A client who starts with sales awards often becomes a client for onboarding kits, event merchandise, and company stores. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our design, production, and technology teams to exceed client expectations on every order. Manage Expectations: Guide clients with confidence—knowing when to say yes, when to push back, and how to deliver solutions that actually work. What Makes You Great for This Role

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
  • Proven track record of hunting new business and generating leads
  • Experience managing deal cycles of $10K–$100K+
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Cold calling experience and comfort with outbound prospecting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects and customer expectations

Preferred:

  • Experience in promotional products, corporate awards, or recognition programs
  • Background selling to HR, marketing, or corporate services departments
  • Experience in consultative, program-based sales
  • 1+ year of remote work experience

This Role Is NOT a Fit If:

  • You need immediate high earnings (this requires a 6-12 month build period)
