Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales, service-related calls, and administrative functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

While not required, being bilingual is highly preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
