Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from our computer databases. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hospitality or customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and hotel software
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

  • Hourly rate: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour (dependent on location)
  • Accrual of 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked
