Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Providing accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures
  • Assisting clients throughout the loan application journey by explaining the required documentation and subsequent steps
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may encounter with their loan accounts, payments, or transactions
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience
  • Documenting client interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate reference and follow-up

Required Skills and Qualifications
