Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from retailers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our retailer partners, ensuring that their needs are met, and their issues are resolved promptly and professionally. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will work closely with our internal teams to resolve problems, provide accurate information, and maintain strong professional relationships with our external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls (25-30 per day) from retailers, addressing their questions, concerns, and claims requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information on pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping, ensuring that our retailer partners are well-informed and satisfied
  • Research and resolve problems with orders and claims, utilizing our customer experience Relationship Management (CRM) system or other equivalent tools to track and resolve issues
  • Participate in workflow processes, populate data, and support department leadership with dashboard statistics, ensuring that our internal teams have the information they need to drive business success
  • Complete related records, reports, and documentation as assigned, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, including the CC Logistics team, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer support
  • Baseline ability to 10-key by touch, with a minimum keystrokes requirement of 40 WPM (will be tested)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Flexible scheduling, with availability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7AM-8PM, and occasional Sundays

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems or other equivalent tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
