Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative III to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer service that drives sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Respond to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal team members in a timely and professional manner
  • Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Review open service requests and bring them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner
  • Help to manage the installation, movement, and decommissioning of new machines
  • Ensure that all project information is updated in Salesforce
  • Manage quotes being sent to customers and process them through to the Order Entry team for order creation
  • Ensure that parts are shipped ready to meet the needs of field technicians
  • Keep customers regularly informed of service request progress
  • Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel and schedule workload accordingly

Education & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following education and experience:

  • Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

Position Details

* Pay Rate / Range: $18-$23

  • The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions.
