Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding their businesses, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their use of our finance solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers

  • Understand customers' businesses, needs, and pain points to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and execute customized plans to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and reducing churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide detailed feedback from customers to drive initiatives forward and inform product development
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our finance solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or finance industry

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer success or account management role
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
  • Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
