* Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner

* Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
* Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* At least 6 months of customer service experience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
