Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development (Remote Part-Time)

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll join a talented team of engineers to develop solutions that enhance arenaflex's specialist efficiency, driving critical enhancements to the specialist work processes and tooling through artificial intelligence and automation.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Wellbeing and Minister Efficiency group. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the technical vision and delivering solutions that are adaptable, efficient, and scalable with the needs of the business. You'll work closely with our product, design, and other engineering partners to execute on product and business processes, driving innovation and excellence in our solutions.
A Typical Day
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop novel products and features
- Lead, drive, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, iteration, analysis, and deployment
- Review code and design documents, providing feedback on product specs and prototypes
- Mentor engineers, both within and outside your immediate team, to develop their technical and collaboration skills
- Foster a culture of technical excellence from design, through code review, to production tasks
Your Expertise
* 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong expertise with backend frameworks in large-scale service-oriented architectures
- Experience with frontend or full-stack development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with teams across engineering, product, and design organizations
- Passion for efficiency, accessibility, technical quality, and system quality
- Enjoy collaborating through code reviews and design conversations, and are committed to improving your colleagues' productivity
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
Your Location
This position is US-remote qualified, with occasional work at an arenaflex office or participation at offsites, as agreed upon with your manager.
