Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Chat Agent (Remote)

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing timely, thoughtful, and grammatically correct responses to inbound chat and text messages from our customers. Your expertise in the automobile industry and knowledge of various vehicle makes and models will enable you to engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, identify and report system errors or anomalies, and work a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
- Operate within multiple software platforms, including [arenaflex's proprietary CRM system]
- Meet or exceed ERA (Efficiency and Responsiveness Average) targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Education & Skills Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including various vehicle makes and models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High-speed internet access
- Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including [arenaflex's proprietary CRM system]
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. We offer two schedule options:
- Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
- Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
