About the role The purpose of this role is to create a holistic approach to customer acquisition into GTO Wizard app. The role will be responsible for boosting our customers pool by strategizing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role is vital to company success and will play an important role in the marketing team. In this role you will Create customer acquisition plans:

  • Build plans and actions to leverage GTO Wizard proposition to drive traffic of new paid subscribers and ensure engagement of existing audience.
  • Conduct competitors and market research to monitor trends, identify opportunities and ensure campaigns relevance.
  • Clearly define target audience and leverage company data to build a comprehensive customers’ profile.

Manage effectivity of media mix and acquisition spend:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, display networks, programmatic advertising, social media platforms, etc).
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Manage bid strategies and ad placement to reach the right audience at the right time.

Review and optimize channels performance on regular basis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools .
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine campaign elements, ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for improved performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Ensure comms and design are aligned and support campaigns performance:

  • On a regular basis share feedback with Comms and Brand teams regarding existing assets performance.
  • Provide best practise guidance and collaborate with Comms and Brand teams on new assets development.
  • Come up with ideas for new assets - create clear briefs for Comms and Brand teams.

Leverage technical proficiency and industry know - how

  • Stay up to date with policy changes, new market trends and technological platforms in the paid media landscape.
  • Work closely with the product team on landing page changes and develop in cooperation with product and dev team new landing pages if needed to boost campaigns performance.

What you bring to GTO Wizard:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in the similar role
  • Understand digital media landscape and are fully up to date with trends in the area
  • Have experience in management relationship with media house
  • Analytical but creative; able to translate data insights into marketing strategies
  • Collaboration, openness to new ideas and contract focus on improvements are your strengths
