Job Overview

As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of client profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. This position offers a unique hybrid work model, allowing you to balance three days in our engaging office atmosphere with two days of remote work, providing the flexibility you need to thrive in your role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring seamless and efficient onboarding processes
  • Verifying and maintaining accurate client profile data, guaranteeing the highest level of data integrity
  • Processing approvals for online bidders, streamlining our clients' online experiences
  • Performing data entry for client information, generating reports, and managing shipping directives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
  • Updating mailing lists and processing bidder documentation, maintaining the highest level of organization and efficiency
  • Confirming sales tax information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Tracking, analyzing, and responding to client surveys, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
  • Assisting with various administrative responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong multitasking capabilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
