Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing customer service and support to arenaflex customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and providing solutions to customers' problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their problems and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing information about products and services as needed.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing time and workload efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with experience in CRM software and customer service platforms.
