Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Data Entry and Administrative Professional with Payroll Coordination expertise to work in our office in Arden Hills, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing inbound receiving data, providing clerical support, and coordinating payroll activities. This role requires high accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound receiving data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide clerical support and payroll coordination to ensure seamless operations
  • Support daily entry of receiving data into the database and reconcile physical receipt of tickets against the database
  • Analyze reports to identify missing tickets and take corrective action
  • Save electronic tickets to specified folders and input and/or validate producer payroll data
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to verbally communicate clearly and clarify problems or issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude, be professional and courteous, and demonstrate good listening skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience with data entry, preferably using the 10-key
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to work with a variety of sales programs and events
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to verbally communicate clearly and clarify problems or issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other office software
  • Possess and apply a broad knowledge of office practices, business, and administrative procedures

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with payroll coordination and administration
  • Knowledge of database management and analysis
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
