Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide them with exceptional service experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- A track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
