Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it with source documents, and update existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Demonstrated Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a data entry clerk, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Fast Typing Ability: Fast typing ability, with a minimum of 60 words per minute, and knowledge of touch typing system preferred.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), and working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Database Knowledge: Basic knowledge of databases, including data entry and management principles.
• Communication Skills: Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
