Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with a team of Designers and Engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
- Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
- Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and creating business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to optimize
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
- Four years of experience in program management or a related field
- Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
* Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Experience in technical program/project management roles
- Ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Skills and Competencies:
