Personal Lines Customer Service Agent (Required to have Property & Casualty License)
InsureOne Insurance Services America LLC, through its CoWest brand, has been serving Douglas County for 93 years. They are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to service and retain an existing book of business while advising clients on coverages and managing policy issuance.
Responsibilities
- Service and retain an assigned book of business with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage all house accounts and process renewals independently or alongside producers
- Support overflow of new business through quoting, onboarding, and client communication
- Conduct coverage reviews and consultative conversations to ensure adequate protection
- Identify and act on opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell, and client referrals
- Resolve client inquiries related to billing, endorsements, documentation, and general policy service
- Complete all required applications and carrier documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Meet assigned service and sales performance targets
- Uphold the company’s WE CARE values and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communications
Skills
- High school or equivalent
- Property & Casualty license
- Effective and precise telephone etiquette
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
