ProActive Funeral Director
Precoa is a national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry, seeking a ProActive Funeral Director to serve families while balancing work and life. The role involves connecting with clients to plan their final wishes, with support from a dedicated team and various marketing programs to enhance client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make what you want: Earn a base salary with an uncapped commission compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointments (conservative average of $75,000 - $90,000/annually with no earning cap)

Skills
- Funeral Director License REQUIRED
- Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
- Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
