Class Action Project Manager - Securities
MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in class action settlements or similar complex legal projects. Candidates without experience in Settlement Services will not be considered for this role. - MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in class action settlements or similar complex legal projects.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in Securities
- Experience managing client relationships
- Basic understanding of web development
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
What you will be doing:
- Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously
- Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and
- traditional and social media campaigns
- Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
- Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and
- notice & administration plans
- Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other
- required documents

- $80k - $100k base salary plus up to a 10% annual bonus based on performance
