Utilize expertise in the financial services industry to identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to ensure effective product development and launch. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and track key metrics to measure success. Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to payment products, and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities. Foster a customer-centric approach to product development, continuously seeking feedback and incorporating it into product enhancements. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on product performance and align product strategy with company goals.
