Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data into our system and databases
  • Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating records with new information as it becomes available
  • Communicating with team members to clarify any discrepancies
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of data
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous data entry experience and experience with CRM systems or databases are beneficial. An associate's degree or higher is also preferred but not mandatory.
