We are now seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives in Maine. As a temporary representative, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes customers to arenaflex, places orders, and answers questions from the comfort of your home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day, with the possibility of extending our hours to 10PM during peak calling seasons.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls and providing exceptional service
  • Placing orders and resolving customer inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A computer and internet service that meet our system requirements (see below)
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your Maine home
  • A separate headset with a microphone and USB connection for MS Teams video calls
  • A webcam installed and ready to go
  • A monitor with a minimum of 17" screen size (24" preferred)
  • A full-size keyboard with a number pad
  • A mouse with a scroll wheel
  • A separate keyboard and mouse with a scroll wheel if using a laptop
  • Power strip surge protector
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or above (Windows S mode not compatible) or macOS Monterey 12.6.8, macOS Ventura 13.5.1, or macOS Sonoma 14.5
  • Broadband Internet: Minimum acceptable speeds are 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Modem/Router: Must have an available port for the phone connection and be accessible within 10 feet of the phone
  • Existing phone (cell phone or landline) for emergency use
