Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Updating client accounts and scheduling services for HVAC technicians with precision and accuracy
• Providing technicians with detailed notes regarding scheduled services to ensure seamless execution
• Scheduling in-home services and assisting with dispatching updates to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations with a high level of attention to detail
• Upselling specials and promotions to customers to drive revenue growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of personability and outgoingness
• A strong commitment to providing top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
