Key Responsibilities

- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional support to customers through positive interactions - Conduct thorough telephone screenings to understand customer needs and preferences - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - Eligible to work in the United States - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams - Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our industry-leading solutions
