Responsibilities
- Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first-providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence
- Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, working cross‑functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly
