Job Responsibilities

As a senior product designer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our comprehensive sports development process, using market insights and understanding client needs and competition. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing engaging sports experiences that meet or exceed industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure seamless execution
• Conducting user research and incorporating insights into design decisions
• Applying best practices across multiple platforms and devices to create a robust design framework
• Coaching and providing feedback to colleagues and cross-functional partners with empathy and humor
• Presenting designs clearly and confidently to stakeholders and driving design decisions based on user needs and business goals

About You

We're looking for a talented product designer with a passion for sports and user experience. If you have:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on sports or entertainment
• A well-planned portfolio showcasing excellence in visual design, communication design, prototyping, motion design, and product thinking
• A history of designing products that meet or exceed industry standards
• Experience driving a client-focused design process from start to finish
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Origami, and other design software
• A solid product sense, with the ability to build products that meet market needs
• Enthusiasm for sports, combined with deep industry knowledge
• A strong logical foundation, using data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Salary: $128,250.00 – $266,875.00/yr, depending on location, skills, and experience
