Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving complex issues and driving customer satisfaction

  • Handle customer inquiries, respond to emails, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and provide solutions to meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records, report issues, and track customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
