Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex problems
