Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors: You'll be responsible for ensuring precision and timeliness in logistics data management, which is critical to the success of our operations.
• Detect and address any local delivery or vendor-related concerns: Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities will enable you to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Engage in proactive communication with vendors: You'll be the primary point of contact for vendors, and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in resolving issues and modifying delivery timelines as needed.
• Escalate complex challenges to supervisors as appropriate: When faced with complex challenges, you'll know when to escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring rapid resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to amend any discrepancies in merchant data: Your ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting will be essential in gathering and synchronizing item-level data supplied by merchants with our internal DashMart item identifiers and descriptions.
