Responsibilities
- Greet clients over the phone with warmth and a smile
- Instill urgency and confidence in clients through persuasive communication
- Discover potential gaps in coverages and sell appropriate options
- Review policies, renewals, and new memberships with all clients
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Track business retention and cancellations
