[Remote] Program Coordinator

They are seeking a Program Coordinator to support Residential and C&I Demand Response programs, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and managing various program-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence
• Payment processing
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality
• Exporting predesigned reports
• Staff meetings and other program support

Skills

• Successful candidates will be located within the Eastern Time Zone
• 0-2 years' experience in Data Entry
• Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff
• Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence
• Payment processing
• Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality
• Exporting predesigned reports
• Staff meetings and other program support
