Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, focusing on customer support and career development. The role involves assisting customers with their financial inquiries and obtaining necessary licenses while receiving extensive training and support.
Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
- Continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
