Lawn Doctor is a growing local franchise business seeking a dependable Office Administrator. This hybrid position involves maintaining customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer data, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
  • Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
  • Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
  • Maintain accurate customer data records
  • Take payments and handle collections
  • Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
  • Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM
  • Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques

Skills

  • High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in telephone customer interactions
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Friendly and enjoy meeting new people
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in agronomy or plant health
