Entry-Level Junior Sales

They are seeking entry-level candidates for a hands-on training program in financial services, where selected individuals will rotate through various institutional services teams and secure necessary licenses before transferring to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, tickets, and chats
- Investigate and resolve a wide variety of client questions and issues, and helping with prospective client inquiries
- Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably finance or economics – all major's welcome
- Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate complex issues
- Working with clients in any capacity
- Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish roles available
