[Remote] Executive Assistant - Part time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UP.Labs is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, operational, and personal support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable managing both business and light personal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit expense reports accurately and on time
  • Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Track and manage recurring bills and payments
  • Provide general executive assistant support to the CEO, including scheduling, reminders, and task follow-up
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and organizational tasks as needed

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient with common productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional
