[Remote] Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will support Residential and C&I Demand Response programs by ensuring smooth delivery of projects and programs while adhering to guidelines, encompassing data management, metrics, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff
- Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence
- Payment processing
- Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality
- Exporting predesigned reports
- Staff meetings and other program support
Skills
- Successful candidates will be located within the Eastern Time Zone
- 0-2 years' experience in Data Entry
- Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program / Operations staff
