Your Life as a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative
This part-time position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends, with flexibility to accommodate multiple shifts. As a vital component of our office staff, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer needs through email
- Scheduling appointments with customers and maintaining an organized system
- Documenting and recording services and account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
