Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback on products and services
• Using products and services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
• Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Having access to high-speed internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
