As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. Job Overview:

As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems, email, and other online platforms
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise and resolving issues efficiently
  • Completing additional projects as assigned by your team leaders

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and file legal documents accurately and efficiently using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by your team leaders
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications:

* No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desire and ability to be a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50-60 wpm
