Responsibilities

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from existing customers regarding sales inquiries, product information, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing solutions to customer concerns and escalating complex issues when necessary, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
  • Managing the support chatbot using HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Processing orders, tracking customer inquiries, and following up on pending issues to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Collaborating with other team members to enhance the customer support experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs, even in challenging situations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing chatbot and customer interactions, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work between 8:30 PM PST and 4:00 PM PST, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the steel manufacturing industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
