Key Responsibilities

  • Provide management support, including profile creation and updating, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform filing, data entry, and document production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Assist in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
  • Manage the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
  • Responsible for inspecting supply items and maintaining inventory levels
