Job Overview

In this hybrid-based role, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. You will enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all required document types. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring that our members receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all documents within the required workflow system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents for processing, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Scan, expedite, and audit documents, returning data to users for correction or rescan as necessary
  • Maintain appropriate records, files, and processing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Enter pertinent medical information from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry and validation as applicable, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate findings and update WorkFront as applicable, ensuring seamless communication with team members and stakeholders
  • Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Meet established department production and quality standards, continuously striving for improvement and excellence
  • Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional tasks, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation
  • Accurately enter data from incoming medical forms into assigned software packages, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct incident investigations as necessary, demonstrating a commitment to quality and patient safety
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 1 year of experience in a related area. You must be trained and experienced in cross-functional tasks and exhibit successful performance at an Operations Intake Coordinator I level. General computer knowledge, including MS Office Suites, is also required. Additionally, you must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information and work independently and without direct supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.29 - $26.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
