Responsibilities
- Connect & Assist: Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions
- Problem-Solve & Recommend: Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products
- Grow Professionally: Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date! Career path internally to other opportunities within
- Learn & Excel: Take initiative to master additional processes and client-specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
