Retail Teller Regional Float
Heartland Bank and Trust Company is a community-focused bank with over 70 locations in Illinois and Eastern Iowa. They are seeking a Retail Teller who will provide excellent customer service, accurately process transactions, and build relationships with customers while working across various branch locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly and professional manner
- Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to provide products and services available through the retail banking branch
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Comply with all policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud
- Participate in various retail and bank projects as necessary
